• You may not submit a photo for use in this mosaic without adult assistance if you are under 13 years of age.  Please get help and permission from your parent, teacher or school librarian if you are under 13.  For more information: See the Department of the Interior's Children's Privacy statement.
• You must obtain permission from any identifiable persons appearing in your photo prior to submitting the photo for use in the mosaic. If the photo depicts any minor that is not under your legal custody, you must have written permission from the child's parent or guardian to submit the photo.
• All submitted photos must be the sole work of the photographer and cannot be in violation of another party’s copyright in any way.
• The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service reserves the right to use photos submitted for this mosaic for non-profit governmental purposes including, but not limited to, publication in printed materials, television broadcasts, Web sites, or our intranet.  No compensation or credit will be given.
• Please be aware that online photos can be copied by anyone viewing the photo. We cannot accept any liabilities for any damages that arise.
• All submitted photos will be reviewed and any containing content of an offensive nature will be rejected based on the standards of the U.S Fish and Wildlife Service.
• Your email address will be used only to notify you about placement of your image on the mosaic and to provide an ID number for your image.
